Step 1—Supply all employment agreements and policies
Review previous agreements to understand ongoing conditions. Supply letters of offer, new employment agreements and a handbook of policies with the personal touch of a welcome aboard, photos, introduction etc.
Step 2—Uncapped Assistance
Unlimited phone and email support during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) for three months as you come in to land as a new business owner. As you begin to understand the nuances in your new business, you will have someone on hand to support you no matter what develops.
Step 3—Tailoring Your Documents
Conferencing to understand any changes required to your employment agreements and conditions. Production of letters of variation and tailored policies to add to your handbook. Supply also of specific letters and forms and tools for ongoing good practice as you manage your staff.
Step 4—Ongoing, long-term support
Call our support line or have us come to visit. We help with specific HR and staffing concerns, growth, change and HR obligations. It’s a relief to know you are not alone! (6, 12,18 or 24 hours per annum)
